When your son or daughter is being recruited by a program like Michigan, or Salisbury; or maybe even to a Prep school like Georgetown, one of the first questions a coach is going to ask will be, "What are they like as a teammate?" And when your player's academic career eventually comes to an end and they're trying to land that first big job, the hiring manager is going to ask their references, "What is their character like?"
